I am a massage specialist. Through targeted grips, tense muscles relax, providing significant recovery for body and soul. Full-body massage, partial-body massage, 3-phase intensive back treatments. The effect of these back treatments is based mainly on deep muscle relaxation through a combination of relaxing massage movements, the warmth of a hot roller, and the gentle release of muscle adhesions using the proven dynamic cupping technique with Tibetan bowls. Massage with aromatic oils has a balancing and deeply calming effect. This valuable massage provides a sense of holistic relaxation.
Citronella: refreshing and toning. Blood orange: balancing and harmonizing. Lavender: calming and anti-stress. Spruce needle: relaxing and anti-inflammatory. Peppermint: antispasmodic and analgesic.
The head-neck-shoulder massage stimulates the scalp and relaxes all the muscles of the neck and shoulder girdle. Also helpful against headaches and stress. The colon massage stimulates digestion, relieves bloating, and relaxes all the abdominal muscles. Two in one: foot-back massage. The stimulating foot massage and the beneficial back massage are the perfect combination.
After Sport – Fascial massage is a regenerating massage that releases adhesions in the skin and tissue. With slow, deep movements, it optimizes the regeneration of tired muscles and the recovery of the entire body, and accelerates the elimination of metabolic waste products. It has a positive effect and prevents muscle soreness. Breuss massage, followed by heat application, is a gentle back massage with St. John's wort oil that relieves mental and physical tension and promotes the regeneration of poorly supplied intervertebral discs. Energetic – circular – circulatory massage. This harmonizing treatment helps you connect with yourself and consciously feel your body again. Old, repressed energy is released so that new energy can flow again and be redistributed. Foot reflexology therapy. Our feet establish contact with the earth, and every part of the body is connected to corresponding reflex zones on the feet. This therapy creates a sense of grounding. The entire body is stimulated, and self-healing powers are activated.
The therapy is individually adapted to your physical symptoms. Soul Contact Massage is a harmonious massage with soft, slow movements starting from the feet and extending to the face. It affects body – soul – emotions. Stress levels are significantly reduced, and deep mental relaxation occurs.
Reiki (Rei = spirit and soul / Ki = life energy). By laying on of hands, universal life energy is set into motion, having a harmonizing effect on body and mind. This results in a deep overall sense of well-being and energetic balance.
